This easy route connects the Via Francigena with Lake Viverone, through woods and fields, giving us wonderful views of the moraine amphitheater of Ivrea.
The main interest is scenic, but birdwatchers can try their hand at observing the many species of birds that nest on the lake, while those who love beach life in the summer can stop to sunbathe or swim.
