It’s an inlet of Lake Viverone in hamlet of Masseria, on the border with the municipalities of Borgo d’Ale and Azeglio, a very charming place which can be reached by a path in a forest. There are two small beaches frequented by fishermen. The tip of Becco di Cugno is located in front of the Prehistoric pile- dwelling site – UNESCO World Heritage Site, located 2-3 meters deep and consists of approximately 5,000 poles that supported the structure of a village of circular dating on Bronze Age (1650 – 1350 BC), you see also the pile-dwelling built in the Municipality of Azeglio, to his care.
